How to describe working at Project Controls? Officially, we like to say we participate in fantastic projects, but the reality is different. Broader.
We are there at the beginning of the car’s development. Our software is used to transfer the designs into production, which is how we know what cars will be driving on the road in five years. We often visit the car factories directly and discuss the project on site. We grow professionally with each new project. And that’s just a fraction of what makes working with us interesting. Most importantly, we strive to provide a high-quality working environment so that people enjoy working with us.

Jiří Nejezchleba has been working in PC since 2007. Last year as an Operations Manager. His job is to manage the production and logistics department. He decided to join the company because he was approached by a Czech company with rapid growth and its own development, where things can be changed quickly. REALLY FAST.
His team has a total of 250 people, but the core of the team consists of 7 co-workers. He has the principle that you need to laugh at least 5 times a day. "And he usually succeeds in that."
Now he is struggling with the implementation of digital technologies, daily reporting and to have a stable team.
His career at the company began when he took over as Head of Quality, gradually taking on development and in the meantime occasionally waved to production and logistics before taking over the department last year.

Petra, receptionist and HR assistant at PC, has been on maternity leave since 2016 with a small break. Her job is overhead things, she is also in charge of building management, energy... In human resources, he helps with the arrival of people in production and the movement of agency employees.
At work, she tries to keep the reception and everyday things running, but it also includes projects she works on that are of course a challenge for her. I was interested in the company because it was a small Czech company with a rapid rise and trading around the world, where it could use English and the job description was very diverse.

akub Kratochvíl as Sales Department Manager. He started in the company in 2017 as a Junior Project Manager and gradually worked his way up to Senior Sales and Project Manager. For the last 2 years, he has been leading the sales and project department. His task is to bring new projects to the company and project management, which are then handed over to serial production.
It was in 2016 when he met Mr. Mrnka, they have known each other from cycling races for a long time. At that time he was still finishing school and then in 2017, when he had after the state exams, Mr. Mrnka called him with a job offer, so he did not hesitate . It was a challenge for him and to move forward in his career.
His team consists of two project managers, an assistant and a buyer, he has a designer on hand and tries to cooperate so that we can bring all projects to a successful conclusion. And now they face big challenges, and on the one hand, they want a constant increase in production, but our competition is pushing prices, so we will have to pay more attention to automation in production.
